About Me

Exploring the World, Building Global Connections

I’m an emerging global affairs professional, endurance athlete, and storyteller passionate about bridging the gap between culture and policy.

Over the last decade, my curiosity has taken me to over 50 countries, where I have built a diverse portfolio. I have conducted research in agricultural development in Malawi, traveled to unique regions such as Iran and Ukraine, developed Arctic seabed governance policy in northern Norway, and more!

With a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from George Washington University, I combine creative problem-solving with field experience working with NGOs and research institutions across Africa, Europe, and the U.S. to build meaningful, evidence-based impact.

I believe the most powerful change begins with listening to people tell stories of lived experience.
Telling Stories That Matter

Whether I’m analyzing a policy or program, supporting emerging leaders, or documenting conversations from my travels, I strive to highlight the voices and experiences of ordinary people that shape our world.

My passion lives at the intersection of development, diplomacy, and storytelling. I strive to stay curious and create human-centered solutions.

As a lifelong athlete and Ironman triathlete, I bring the same discipline and long-term focus to my professional work, from research to relationship building.

I view challenges and opportunities through a multi-lingual and cultural lens. I aim to co-design projects with diverse stakeholders, so that I can present an authentic representation of the affected communities in my work.

Skills & Strengths

Throughout my academic and professional work, I’ve built a foundation of technical and cultural competencies that enable me to thrive in global environments across various sectors.
